It’s never too late to make positive steps. Here are a few wellbeing experts in Leeds you should know about right now…
Wellbeing Living
Your physical and mental wellbeing affects every aspect of your life. Your diet, stress levels, and exercise are all within your control, but sometimes life just gets in the way.
Kate Bunney left a busy stressful career after 20 years in the fast lane to focus on helping others achieve a greater balance in their own lives, through wellbeing products. Having embraced changes in her own life, Kate now promotes the benefits of magnetic therapy and the use of essential oils for a healthy lifestyle. At a recent meeting Kate said: “Magnetic therapy uses the earth’s magnetic field to help relieve the symptoms of joint pain, poor sleep patterns, even depression and menopause issues.
“Essential oils, derived from concentrated plant extracts, are used in aromatherapy, personal care, and even household cleaning solutions – helping to remove toxins from your home.”
Kate recommends subtle adjustments rather than massive changes: “It doesn’t matter how good the product or change is, the important thing is making it a lifestyle change.”

Qu-Chi
The Qu-Chi Hayfever Band created by North Leeds native Andrew Broch, uses an acupressure point to combat symptoms of hayfever. Qualified in acupuncture and acupressure in 1999 from the Northern College of Acupuncture, and Andrew currently sees patients at the Leeds Acupuncture Clinic at 179 Street Lane and in London.
It was only because of Andrew’s research and understanding of acupuncture principles that The Qu-Chi Hayfever Band came about. A year after graduating, Andrew found that the stimulation of the Quchi acupuncture point seemed to relieve his own hayfever symptoms. Making a prototype acupressure band for his patients to try, the feedback was amazing.
Since launching in 2008, it has consistently been a top-selling product on Amazon UK, Amazon Germany, EBay and in pharmacies across UK and Ireland, and over 150,000 bands have been sold worldwide. The bands are also available in adult and children sizes.
