Created by the team behind the inaugural showcase earlier this year, Hayley Lawson and Laura Goldman of HL Events were delighted by the success of the first event and decided to expand and host another free-to-attend showcase six months later. A change of venue, this time at Emirates Old Trafford, reflects the bumper line-up of event businesses and party experts that will be in attendance. “We had to turn away potential exhibitors for our first event, so the bigger venue allows us to welcome more suppliers from across the UK, as well as making sure that visitors can enjoy ample free on-site parking.” revealed Hayley.
On 4th November at Lancashire County Cricket Club’s The Point, which has panoramic venues of the cricket ground, top suppliers who can help you create the best wedding, special occasion, birthday or Bar/ Bat Mitzvah, whether you need a caterer, entertainer, photobooth or event equipment, will be on-hand to assist you. There will also be a not to be missed fashion catwalk at 1pm, live music, kosher food to sample and free goodies for the first wedding and Bar/ Bat Mitzvah bookers through the doors. Hayley said: “We want to say thank you to the community and the exhibitors who helped to make the first event such a success and made sure we were able to do it all over again this November, with some old and new faces in attendance.”
Sonya of Party Piece Balloon Decorations was full of praise for the first showcase: “The showcase in March was extremely well-organised with a great cross-section of businesses, and we are looking forward to exhibiting at their next event in November. Met so many nice people and have had enquiries from eight clients. Hayley and Laura did all the exhibitors proud with their professional approach. The entertainment was second to none.”
As the showcase takes place only one month before Chanukah, there will also be an opportunity for attendees to do some essential present-buying, as a pop-up Chanukah gift fair will be available to browse, making the November show a vital, must-attend shopping destination before the festival!
