Priceless Opportunity
Make sure you have a note in the diary about The Antiques & Fine Art Fair at Harewood, which returns for the sixth consecutive year, in a purpose-built marquee overlooking the stunning Capability Brown landscape towards Harewood House from the 12th to 14th May. Combining traditional antiques alongside strong decorative history, 30 top antiques and fine art dealers will be showing off their finest acquisitions. Jewellers, silver dealers and an abundance of fine art can be found around the fair, as well as contemporary sculpture, lighting, porcelain, glass and antiquities.
Shapiro & Co from Gray’s Antiques Market in London is among the band of jewellers exhibiting, together with Anderson Jones, Plaza and Sue Brown, and not forgetting Howell 1870, who also specialise in gentlemen’s watches from the 1960s and 1970s. Silver dealers include Ilkley based Jack Shaw & Co with London dealers Stephen Kalms Antiques & Mary Cooke Antiques.
An abundance of fine art can be found around the fair from Ashleigh House Fine Art, Cambridge Fine Art, Haynes Fine Art, Richwood Fine Art and J Dickinson Maps & Prints. Contemporary sculpture, lighting, porcelain, glass and antiquities are also on offer.
Look out for our JLife newsletter, where you will find a banner with a complimentary ticket for up to three people. Tickets also include access to Harewood’s grounds and Below Stairs. For an extra £5, antique fair ticket holders can gain access to Harewood House’s State Rooms, including the current exhibition.
