Beautiful images of the soon-to-be-opened The Ivy Victoria Quarter brasserie have been released ahead of the brasserie officially opening its doors next week.
Set to open to the public on Tuesday, 25 September, The Ivy Victoria Quarter is split across two floors, with critically-acclaimed Martin Brudnizki Design Studio consulting on the brasserie’s sophisticated interior design.
The 200-cover restaurant features a stylish onyx bar, pendant lighting, marble floor tiles, polished parquet panel flooring and comfortable leather banquettes – all creating a chic yet laid-back environment for all-day dining.
Artwork in the restaurant takes inspiration from numerous local sources, including Leeds’ wool production industry, for which it was famed during the Industrial Revolution. Other influences include railways, aviation, Victorian engineering and the local landscape.
The Ivy Victoria Quarter will be open seven days-a-week, from dawn until dusk. Visitors will be able to enjoy a selection of all-encompassing menus, serving everything from breakfast, brunch and lunch to afternoon tea, light snacks and dinner, as well as a host of specially-crafted cocktails.
