UJIA Yom Ha’atzmaut Celebrations

23 May 2019

The 30th Yorkshire Women of Achievement Awards will be returning on 20th May to celebrate female accomplishments as well as raise money for Sue Ryder Wheatfields Hospice.

Last year, the awards raised more than £45,000 to spend on care in the region. The event welcomes more than 700 of the most influential people from all walks of life across Yorkshire to the Royal Armouries in Leeds for the awards luncheon.

Georgina Abbott, senior fundraiser, said: “This year is going to be an extraordinary year for us as we celebrate the 30th event since Yorkshire Women of Achievement was first launched. It’s an honour to be able to have an opportunity to celebrate amazing women across Yorkshire who, with passion, ambition and determination, set an example for future generations to come.”

Nominations must be entered by 2nd May and to book a table at the luncheon please contact Katie Bell on 0113 203 3376 or katie.bell@sueryder.org.
