Manchester Maccabi and The Friendship Circle Family are set to host a community fun day on 14th July at Manchester Maccabi Community & Sports Club. The family event will include free sports taster sessions, from boxing to martial arts alongside a raft of activities including face painting, crafts, trampolines, simulator rides, races, drama and dance. A BBQ and refreshments will also be provided for attendees.

The Friendship Circle provides a range of leisure and social opportunities for those with learning difficulties and autism to make friends and integrate into mainstream Jewish life. Manchester Maccabi offers inclusive activities such as Krav Maga, walking football, table tennis, alongside regular football, classes and cultural events. The event hopes to highlight the work the two Prestwich charities carry out within the community and the facilities on offer.
