Spire Manchester Hospital is set to become Lancashire County Cricket Club’s (LCCC) official healthcare partner and shirt sponsor for the 2016/ 17 Specsavers County Championship season.

Their return to the top flight of the Specsavers County Championship will see the team’s shirts emblazoned with the Spire Manchester Hospital logo the next two seasons.

”Becoming LCCC’s official healthcare partner is the perfect alliance for us,” says Chris Chadwick, hospital director at Spire Manchester. “From our first meeting with LCCC, we knew this would be a strong collaboration and we look forward to supporting the team in the seasons ahead.”

Ashley Giles, Lancashire head coach and cricket director, added: “We are really looking forward to a successful partnership with Spire Manchester Hospital. As a professional sports club, healthcare is especially important to us and we are pleased that our medical services provider, David Roberts Physiotherapy, will be supported by their expertise and facilities.”

Spire Manchester Hospital will also have stadium branding for all matches including Lancashire Lightning’s NatWest T20 Blast campaign, the Investec Test match in July and September’s NatWest International T20 between England and Pakistan.
