Need an original Valentine’s Day idea to complement the box of Belgian chocolates, trail of rose petals on the stairs and bottle of plonk? JLife presents a quick list of last-minute things to do with your loved one in Leeds on 14th February…
FILM
Breakfast at Tiffany’s
Try a spot of Breakfast at Tiffany’s and take a cinematic trip back in time to the glamour of 1960s Manhattan. Feel the romance of the classic tale of Holly Golightly, an elegant but naïve and eccentric New York socialite, and her journey to find Mr Right. A live 20-minute concert performed by the Chorus of Opera North, which includes classics from the American Songbook, precedes the film’s showing at the Howard Assembly Room.
