Nestled in the iconic St George’s House, Exhibition houses three independent kitchens alongside two bars and a dedicated exhibition space for local artists. Prestwich favourite Osma brings a new relaxed edge to its famous Scandinavian concept, while Caroline Martins of the Sao Paulo Project also introduces a new version of her Brazilian-British fusion cuisine. Ramsbottom’s Basque fire cookery restaurant, Baratxuri, also joins the line-up of traders while Manchester Union Brewery leads the craft ale scene across the main bar’s taps alongside a rotational line of local brewers.

MUSU
A concept several years in the making, MUSU takes its name from the word for “infinite possibilities” to offers a modern interpretation of high end Japanese cuisine. A tasting menu of up to 11 courses showcases the best of the restaurant’s seasonal sashimi and sushi dishes, while dedicated counter-seated diners can be treated to a personalised evening with special dishes prepared and served by the head chef.

KOI
First established in 2016, the rapidly expanding KOI has now launched its first ever flagship store in the bustling Trafford Centre. Drawing inspiration music-influenced subcultures including grunge, punk, and emo, the unisex footwear range is ethically designed in-house and produced using 100% vegan leathers and materials. Salt & Pepper
Forced out of the Arndale Market for being too busy, the hugely popular Chinese street food outlet’s new spot on High Street has let the family run business keep serving its traditional dishes with a modern twist, from salt and pepper winds to sticky soy-drizzled steak. A series of grilled options also provide a healthier alternative to the menu, while a new hot curry sauce is available to try, made from a family recipe used since the 60s.

Climat
Delivered by the team behind Chester’s renowned Covino restaurant, Climat extends the same stellar reputation with a wine-led concept and daily interchanging menus. Described as “Parisian expat food,” Head Chef Luke Richardson’s cooking style is heavily influenced from the time he spent in cosmopolitan kitchens across the French region of Burgundy. A cellar of around 300 different wines spans all tastes with a comprehensive range of other grape varieties from across the world from small producers.

Acai & The Tribe
Originally based at Arndale Market, the convenient Acai & The Tribe has now landed Deansgate Mews to provide customisable and nutritious breakfast and lunch options for busy commuters on the go. Using açai berry shipped straight from the Brazilian rainforest, the colourful acai bowl and brunch plate-led menu lets visitors choose their own acai base, granola, and toppings, with a large superfood smoothie or matcha latte to wash it all down.

Since opening Manchester’s first ever frozen yoghurt store, the husband-and-wife duo behind Frurt have closely tailored their unique range of desserts for those leading a healthy and mindful lifestyle.
Re-launching their self-serve branch on Bury Old Road, the site now boasts six different flavours and nine extra toppings for visitors to mix and match their favourite blends.
