Chief Executive of the Community Security Trust (CST) Mark Gardner MBE thanks the community for its support and wishes a happy and safe New Year to all.
Sadly, this last year has shown the importance of security, more so than any other in recent decades. Despite the threats and fears, we have in many ways grown stronger and more resilient. We have done that together, CST and our Jewish communities. We have done that together because we are one and the same.
All our work is driven by the principles of community, security, and trust. It’s all made possible by the volunteers who join CST and the families and friends that encourage them.
So, more than ever before, CST thanks everyone who has helped us and our communities to stand strong in the face of some very difficult challenges. Please keep supporting us in our efforts. Report antisemitism and suspicious behaviour. Cooperate with our security measures and please ask how you can join our local teams.
CST is almost entirely dependent on charitable donations. With your support, we can all keep protecting our families, friends, and communities together.
Wishing everybody a meaningful, safe, and peaceful Yamin Tovim from all of us at CST.
