Offering renowned favourites such as pan roasted duck breast a l’orange, green vegetable risotto prepared using herbs from the hotel’s own garden, and plaice goujons served with crushed peas and tartar sauce, the menu will have you wanting to come back again and again. The hotel also serves a wide range of gins, wines, and beers available, as well as a range of classic cocktails. There’s also a French inspired cocktail menu on offer, specifically designed to be enjoyed in the restaurant’s stunning 12-metre-high internal courtyard with a glass roof.
Also available is a truly indulgent afternoon tea, served between 12pm and 5pm every day. The tea features a range of sandwiches, including salmon and watercress, cheddar and chutney, and cream cheese and cucumber, alongside some show-stopping desserts. Look forward to spiced carrot cake, raspberry macaroon, and Yorkshire curd tart, among other scrumptious selections. All of this is served with your choice of tea or a cafetiere of coffee for £26.95 per person or with champagne for an extra £8 each.
