Savannah Roqaa, the Roundhay-based baker who is famed for her indulgent brownies and blondies with a loyal online following, will be opening a brand-new permanent home in Trinity Leeds. A major highlight of the new store will be the dedicated matcha bar – the brand’s best-selling drink – where customers can watch baristas craft each cup fresh to order. Alongside this, the menu features Savannah’s signature gooey hand-baked brownies and cookies, which will be freshly prepared on-site, along with an array of hot and iced drinks.

Manchester-based Detroit-style pizzeria Dough Club is planning to open up shop on Burley Road! According to its website, Dough Club is where “flavour meets affordability” and it believes that “everyone deserves a delicious, high-quality pizza experience without breaking the bank”.
