Jazz Café and Jam Session | 6th June, 1.30pm | £7

If you’re more musically inclined, you might want to check out this jazz jam session at Seven Arts. Try out those musical skills you practised during lockdown, backed by the JazzLeeds rhythm section. Or, if you’re more of an appreciator than a performer, sit back and enjoy the show as you’re serenaded by local talent. Best of all, performers get free entry!

Up Close & Personal with Yonatan Langer | June 26th, 7.30pm | Free

Former neo-Nazi, Yonatan Langer, was born in the small German village of Erlabrunn, eventually assuming a leadership role in an East Berlin neo-Nazi group. Although an educated professional of business administration and national karate champion, he realised he was unhappy. Sensing a deep need for change, Yonatan embarked on a journey in search of wisdom that would lead to becoming a Jew and making his home in Israel. Hear his story as part of Makor Jewish Culture’s ever-popular Up Close & Personal Zoom series.
