Israel’s first whisky distillery Milk & Honey crafted this special herb liqueur in honour of the nation’s 70th anniversary. Seven celebrated figures from the revolutionary poet Ronny Someck to the initiator of the nation’s artisanal bread-making Erez Komarovsky, were asked to select a unique herb, root or spice that represents the essence of Israel for them. Almonds, Savory, Coriander, Jasmine, Tarragon, Thyme and Cardamom were infused with local honey to create this unique blend, a dangerously drinkable marriage of sweet and spicy.
