Dianne Mehr has been teaching Zumba for over six years in Bury and welcomes new starters of all ages and fitness levels to the Sunnybank Community Centre. The class choices available include standard Zumba, Zumba Low Impact and Zumba and Tone.

Dianne is offering free Zumba taster classes on 10th and 12th January from 6.45-7.15pm.
Call Dianne on 07941 384 740 or email dance@zumbainternational.com.

On the Defence
The next seminar in Krav Maga, the hand-to-hand combat system of the Israeli military, will take pimg_20160228_164156845lace at Manchester Maccabi in Prestwich on 5th March. Until then, weekly self-defence classes are taught every Wednesday from 7.30 to 9.30pm.

The Krav Maga club has been running for over 15 years and 2016 proved as popular as ever among those seeking to learn more about this practical self-protection method.
