New kosher eatery, Benny’s Bistro, has launched its official restaurant in Prestwich.
Prestwich’s vibrant kosher food scene has expanded with the sensational new addition of Benny’s Bistro, founded by chef Nissen Lewis.
Previously launching as Manchester’s first kosher dark kitchen, Benny’s Bistro whetted the appetite for quality fast food with takeaways delivered across the community. Focusing on flavour, fresh produce, and sustainable packaging, the concept was an overnight success, with word of mouth excitement bringing new and repeat customers back for more. Demand grew prompting Nissen to base the concept within its own brick-and-mortar establishment.
Centrally located on Bury Old Road, the new spot is now able to deliver its popular kosher meals right in the heart of the Jewish community, with room for those who wish to eat their gastronomy delights there and then without waiting to go home.
“When we viewed the site for the first time, we instantly knew it was just the place that we wanted,” said Founder Nissen Lewis.
“Getting the restaurant open since then has been a long journey with many obstacles along the way.”
“After 12 months of hard work, determination, countless hours, and a lot of fine tuning, we are excited to be finally opening up our doors and look forward to welcoming the community.”
Focusing on American style food, the menu at Benny’s Bistro provides comforting and indulging meals alongside an exciting range of chef specials.
Staple menu items include a Schnitzel Baguette, the signature Benny’s Burger, and the fan-favourite Fully Loaded Beef Chips.
