Outreach Community and Residential Services recently opened a café and events venue in Radcliffe as well as teaming up with League of Jewish Women.
Having been founded by Jewish families over 50 years ago, Outreach Community and Residential Services based in Radcliffe has been providing support for people who identify with learning difficulties or mental health needs since its inception.
Supported houses provide service users with day to day living and enables them to enjoy events, days out, and holidays. More recently, it opened a mobility friendly community space incorporating a bright and welcoming café and large activities venue which hosts regular activities, staff training and ever popular bi-monthly themed discos.
The contemporary cafe on Blackburn Street in Radcliffe is mainly run by volunteers and offers fresh vegan/vegetarian homemade food and fine quality coffee and specialist teas.
Because of its heritage, the charity always actively seeking volunteers from the Jewish community to become involved in delivering its services to both Jewish and wider communities of Radcliffe and beyond.
Outreach has also recently teamed up with The League of Jewish Women following the league’s Mitzvah Day involvement and the recent Valentine’s Day Disco.
