A trucker who became a special constable after being the victim of anti-Semitism has won an award for his uplifting tweets on social networking site, Twitter.
Through his Twitter account @TruckerMozzi, he has provided help and advice for people in need among his 1,467 followers. He was unveiled as the joint winner of the national award for police tweeters with another constable in the West Midlands.
Moshe Rothstein, 31, from Salford, drives his HGV around 100,000 miles every year but in his spare time he volunteers for Greater Manchester Police as a special constable, assisting officers in Bury.
