Medieval Easter | Royal Armouries | 2nd to 14th April
The Royal Armouries is open every day of the Easter holidays with plenty of performances, demonstrations, and activities to keep your whole family entertained. 2nd to 7th April will include medieval combat demonstrations, battle stories, tales from the tournament, and themed have-a-go activities and 8th to 14th April will include live performances and combat demonstrations.

Wildlife Explorers | Leeds Industrial Museum | 29th March to 14th April
This Easter holiday take part in an outdoor activity for the whole family. Explore the wildlife trail to discover unexpected creatures, critters, and feathered friends across the museum and site. What’s more, there’s also fun creative workshops and family films showing at the mini cinema everyday from 2pm.

Gymnastics Holiday Camp | Leeds Gymnastics Club | 2nd to 12th April
There are several options to get stuck into at Leeds Gymnastics Club. Half Day Camps are from 10am to 1pm which includes a rotation of the equipment and games with a short break, if you’d like to stay for the Full Day Camp the day is extended from 10am to 3:30pm (with 9:30am and 4pm pick up and drop off options available), your child will have a day of gymnastics specific development, games, and teamwork. Family Fun Sessions are an hour of fun for the whole family and adults over 18 go for free! The Pre-school Camp for kids aged from three to four runs from 10am to 1pm and each camp has its own theme such as story fun, seaside, and the zoo. Gymnasts will have the chance to explore the gym using the bars, beams, trampoline, pits, and more!

LHT Unwrapped: Drama Day | Leeds Grand Theatre | 10th to 12th April
A perfect day for your little aspiring performer, Drama Day offers a packed day of drama games, improvisation, theatre skills, script work, and the opportunity to let their inner creativity loose! Running from Wednesday to Friday, each day is dedicated to a different age group. Wednesday is for ages six to eight, Thursday is for ages nine to 11, and Friday is for ages 12 to 14.

Eureka! The National Children’s Museum | Halifax | 23rd March to 14th April
There’s three weeks of Easter half term activities to enjoy, and even better, all shows activities are included free with admission. Every year on 22nd April the world comes together on Earth Day to celebrate our planet, to promote climate change action, and encourage others to protect our environment. You can become Eco Explorers as it focuses on our amazing planet Earth and what we can do to help look after it through hands-on activities, storytelling sessions and creative crafts. Take part in fairandfunky SCRAPtastic workshops and create a piece of Spring themed art using only recycled materials; become Eco Warriors with Heifer Productions and find out how to look after our green spaces; and visit the Climate Action Trail to see how climate change is affecting different habitats and the positive things we can do to help combat this.
