The Banksia Bar & Restaurant is inviting guests to rediscover the joy of a traditional Sunday lunch with the launch of its refreshed weekly Sunday roast, offering a more flexible, dish-led dining experience alongside bold Mediterranean-inspired flavours.
Designed for relaxed, social dining, the Sunday roast at the Banksia brings a modern approach to a much-loved tradition. Guests can now enjoy the freedom to build their own Sunday experience, choosing from a selection of starters, roasts and desserts, all served within the restaurant’s vibrant and welcoming setting.
At the centre of the menu is the Banksia Roast, available from £23, with a choice of Beef Sirloin, Leg of Lamb, Roasted Chicken Breast or a Nut Roast. Each dish is served with the classic trimmings expected from a proper Sunday roast, elevated with the distinctive flavours and style the Banksia is known for.
Alongside the roasts, the menu features a range of starters including mezze, Beef Brisket Pachanga and Beetroot Tarator, as well as alternative main options such as market fish and caramelised cauliflower. Desserts, including citrus cheesecake, dark chocolate mousse and sorbet, complete the offering.
The updated format allows guests to dine more flexibly, whether opting for a full three-course experience or simply enjoying a main and drinks with friends and family.
