Fattal Hotels has transformed Tel Aviv venue THE JAFFA, one of Israel’s most prominent luxury hotels, into a completely kosher venue, marking a notable shift in the country’s high-end hospitality sector.
The switch happened at the beginning of May and the hotel, part of the Fattal Limited Edition collection, is offering a full luxury hospitality experience under kosher certification. The transition included food and beverage and operations and events while maintaining the design standards, service level, and culinary approach that’s associated with the property.
Nadav and Assaf Fattal, joint CEOs of Fattal Hotels Israel, said: “The hotel will continue to lead by international luxury standards, now also under kosher certification. Since the hotel joined the Fattal network, we received enquiries from audiences who wished to stay but were unable to do so; this move now allows them to enjoy one of the most unique luxury hotels in Israel. As part of this process, the chef restaurant Giardino will also operate under kashrut and continue to offer high- level haute cuisine – a combination that is uncommon in the world of luxury hotels.”
