HarperCollins Publishers has acquired UK rights to ‘Conversations with My Rabbi: Timeless Teachings for a Fractured World’. The book, written by bestselling Author Nikki Goldstein, who recorded conversations with Rabbi Eli Schlanger before he died as a victim of the Bondi Beach terrorist attack, will be published on 26th May.
The two met in 2022 when Goldstein was near death in a Sydney ICU. Her daughter spotted Rabbi Schlanger in the hallway and Nikki’s husband asked him to pray for her. The next day, Nikki began recovering from the life-threatening infection; the doctors called it a miracle. As she regained her health, the pair grew closer. Coming from profoundly different worlds, they discovered they were seeking answers to the same essential questions.
