As many large gatherings are cancelled or postponed until further notice, PJ Library has provided some of their favourite ideas for indoor Passover activities to keep families with young children occupied and involved in Jewish life.
On Passover, it isn’t enough to merely remember the Exodus of the Israelites from slavery in Egypt; we must also teach our children about it. Children are active participants in the seder from start to finish.

Finding the Afikomen
The seder can’t end without finding the afikomen, a special piece of matzah that is hidden during the meal. This is often a favourite role for little ones, who race to find the hidden matzah.
Children can make an easy Afikomen bag. All they need is a ziplock plastic bag, stickers, wrapping paper or magazines and pens to decorate.
