Winston Solicitors has earned Gold in the Conveyancing for West Yorkshire category, and the Best in County accolade, at the ESTAS Customer Service Awards 2021. As previous winners in the West Yorkshire category, this double win is a credit to the conveyancing team who have provided exceptional service during this unprecedented 18 months.

Now in their 18th year, the awards, which are powered by ESTAS own customer review platform, recognise the conveyancers, agents and brokers for customer service based on ratings from clients who have been through the whole moving experience.

This year’s results were calculated from over 200,000 customer review ratings. Phil Spencer, who has hosted The ESTAS every year since their inception addressed the live audience: “You’ve had to work incredibly hard; you’ve had to adapt your businesses, you’ve had to absorb considerable costs to follow the protocols and to enable things to happen safely. Quite simply delivering great service has never been more challenging so The ESTAS Awards for 2021 are the most well deserved ever!”

Winston Solicitors received an overall score of 98.48% by voters, whose comments on their conveyancing experience included: “unbelievably great service which I didn’t think existed”; “excellent experience, very happy with the efficiency and service provided. I would definitely recommend the firm to others”; and “easy to deal with, efficient and very well priced for the service provided and attention given.”

Jonathan Winston, managing partner of the Street Lane firm, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to be recognised again in this year’s ESTAS. As it’s our customers who have judged our performance, the awards are true testament to the quality of our conveyancing service. We pride ourselves on our high level of customer service – as our motto states: ‘when service wins’!
