Revolutionising chocolate drinks with its unique and completely customisable chocolate percentage menu, Knoops is opening its first North of England store in Manchester in the heart of the city at
Cross Street. Drawing in cocoa-loving fans to try its delicious range of hot and iced chocolate drinks. Special drinks include white and dark chocolate variations and a completely customisable range of extras to your drink, from cinnamon or sea salt to mint or orange flavour.
Maya, a three-storey restaurant is coming to Chorlton Street this spring. The eatery will have different zones across its three levels, from a canal-side brasserie space serving modern-European classics to a
lower ground-floor, elegantly designed dining room that will centre around an ingredient-led, locally sourced and seasonal menu. The interior is inspired by the industrial building’s foundations mixed with accents of art-deco and discopop culture references. Maya is shaping up to be the new party hotspot to look out for.

Recently moved to a new location in Northern Quarter, Vnam is a beloved Manchester staple for Vietnamese food. Established in 2010 and claiming to be Manchester’s first Vietnamese restaurant,
Vnam is famous for its pho noodles and grill. Its fragrant dishes are made entirely from local produce and have earned them a generous 4.5 rating on Trip Advisor. Highlights include bao buns, fried spring
rolls with noodles, and Vietnamese special fried rice.
Treehouse Hotel Manchester
This fun and quirky London-based hotel is taking root in Manchester this summer. Treehouse Hotel is a nature inspired hotel with rain showers in each room and a rustic, cosy camping feel. The hotel will
also house rooftop bar and lounge, The Nest which will provide views of the city’s landmarks and beyond. The hotel will also feature a South-East Asian restaurant by Sam Grainger which will fuse European
and South-East Asian cuisine.
Opening this year is the first Soho House in the North of England. The members club model will include a gym, steam, and sauna section as well as many other leisure facilities such as a restaurant and events spaces. Soho House is known for providing luxury houses, studios, and bedrooms for members to eat, drink, and relax. Applications will be accepted later this year for this globally exclusive club.
